The recital was on the 20 December at 18:30. I was admitted in the hospital. I had a four hour pass to go to her recital, but I very hopeful they'd discharge me instead. I begged to be let go so I could have some pre-Christmas fun time with my girls. And they did! I was able to go home, throw on some different clothes and put some makeup on and run back out the door!
I was sooo happy! I could play the duet with her at her recital. I wept with joy! And she did so well. We played "A Huron Carol" and then she played "Jingle Bells" herself. It was so great.
I loved being able to be there.
What a happy evening. My heart was full.
